We are now looking for a Sales Supervisor (Call Center expert)

As Sales Supervisor you will have the opportunity of communicating with a diverse group of employees and demonstrate leadership. Coach, develop, and manage your own team.
You will work with the most respected brands and their customers, bringing to them outstanding standards of service.

Position Includes:
• Establish & Meet Team objectives
• Deep understand KPI´s
• Monitor calls and provide advice and coaching to achieve Sales and Revenue Targets
• Apply designed strategies
• Assure operation standards
• Create professional development plans for each associate
• Utilize the Company’s recognition and reward program to motivate associates
• Manage to Client’s Key Performance Indicators
• Problem solve difficult customer situations
• Facilitate associate meetings
• Review associate’s time records

• Strong Sales Background
• At least 3 years as Call Center sales experience
• One year supervisory experience required managing Sales associates
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for providing effective feedback
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to analyze and problem solve
• Flexibility in working hours
