Cloud Sales Specialist Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- 5 years’ experience as pre-sales or solution manager role in a cloud computing environment or equivalent experience in a customer facing role(including working as a member of a professional services or systems engineering team), support the commercial sales team and solution sales area, market product analysis in IT industry and develop new product/solution opportunities for customer needs. &
- Solid understanding of hosting and IT business objectives.
- Experience in systems administration experience in a mid to large IT environment
- Solid knowledge in Virtualization and IT Infrastructure. Background in Storage, Servers, Cloud computing, Datacenter with industrial certification.
- Experience or knowledge of some technologies:
- Operating systems: Microsoft Windows Server and Linux
- Database applications: MySQL, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Big Data Solutions: Hadoop, Spark, Storm, HBase, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
- Networking: VPN, VLAN, VRF, DNS, Firewall, etc.
- Experience or technical knowledge of cloud, virtualization and container, like Open Stack, VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
