Job Description
As Head of Account Management, you will responsible for driving Account activities for Glovo in LATAM and ensure our set account KPIs are met. & In this role you will be part of the account´s leadership team for Glovo working closely with the Global AM manager.

You will:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team in order to guarantee the achievement of the account´s KPI´s
  • Work hard with your team helping and guiding them to ensure and maintain good relationships between our partners and our company
  • Drive, structure, analyze and channel daily work and information: setting responsibilities, meetings, and supervising general team performance
  • Recruit, train, mentor and motivate the Accounts team
  • Work close with our Account operation department to improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customer
  • Coordinate and manage the Accounts Plans defined together with: the Accounts/Sales Operation Manager + Marketing team + Sales team + AM team


  • At least, 3 year experience in managing high-performance Account teams with 5 or more accounts managers). Used to work in a highly demanding environment
  • Proven record in leading, motivating and coaching high performing teams
  • Highly motivated, results-driven strategic thinker, who has strong leadership and business fundamentals with high degree
  • Problem solver, perfect written and spoken communication, and capability to drive change.
  • Team player; ability to work effectively in a global organization
  • Strong ability to make decisions, execute them and have them executed
  • Excellent English skills
