Heartland products are manufactured in the USA, MEXICO and EUROPE and distributed throughout North America, Europe, Central and South America, and the Pacific Rim.

Responsibilities

The Regional Senior Brand Manager will play a key role in helping the team meet all financial and brand health goals for the South America Cono Sur Region (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay). The role will involve a leadership level of collaboration with internal cross-functional partners as well as external distributors and agency partners. Responsibilities include understanding key market and consumer insights and trends, and developing and leading the implementation of fully-integrated marketing activation programs including Media planning, Public Relations, Medical Detailing, KOL and Chef development, BTL activations and full digital amplification, while facilitating the process for brand business planning, supporting Sales in key customer calls to develop in store activations, visibility plans, and merchandiser support. The Regional Manager will report into the Latin America Senior Manager.

Qualifications

&

A minimum of a BA/BS in marketing or a related business field is required. Regional Brand Marketing and Management experience within the Consumer Package Goods industry is required, and Food Category experience preferred. Experience managing people required. Must have good communication and organization skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be customer/market oriented. Ability to work within and lead a cross-functional teams remotely is required. Strong business analytics, consumer insights development, understanding of core marketing levers and advertising experience are required. Must possess demonstrated leadership skills and delivery of consistently strong results. English mandatory. This position requires up to 25% domestic and international travel.
