Job Description
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for the profitability and marketing programs of existing channels. You will also be in charge of implementing and executing the business development strategy for the market.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement channel strategy;

  • Identify and generate sales opportunities and close sales orders;

  • Promote and sell our video surveillance products and solutions;

  • Provide the channels with sales and technical support material and service;

  • Timely communication with customers, feedback on market information, and put forward the opinions and suggestions to improve relationship with the channels;

  • Actively looking for new channel cooperation leads and assess the partnering qualification and analysis;

  • Identify key surveillance market influencers, establish contact with them, and demonstrate to them the unique selling points of our products and solutions;

  • Establish quarterly and annual sales objectives in coordination with the Country Sales Manager;

  • Conduct sales visits, organize ''local'' promotional work and other sales activities with all channels;

  • Prepare proposals and quotes for prospective customers and provide them with published prices, and information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates;

  • Liaise with Technical Support team members regarding customer requests or technical questions from customers;

  • Attend fairs, tradeshows and professionally participate in booth duty at various marketing events;

  • Provide product and sales training to clients to help them understand our products including how and when they should be used according to their specific application. &

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field of Security Video Surveillance and/or IT

  • Drive and motivation to develop new business opportunities

  • Self-starter with ability to work remotely with little supervision

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills

  • English professional working proficiency.
