- Build, consolidate and update the BMC portfolio
- Create and promote new conceptual frameworks
- Detect opportunities in the market to develop new products / areas of expertise
- Develop new products in partnership with content managers
- Accompany the implementation of new products and developments
- Communicate and promote the products internally
- Guarantee quality of core projects&
- Participate in large and strategic relevant projects
- 10 years work experience in strategic positions, marketing planning, business planning, innovation or research.
- Business perspective.
- Innovative mindset.
- Fit with BMC values: leadership, passion, sensitivity, perspective, accountability, and creativity.
- Bachelor degree (Communication, Marketing, Advertising, and related areas) – MBA desirable.
- Bilingual Spanish - English or fluent level english.
