Job Description
Looking for an ENGINEER or BUSINESS ADMINISTRATIVE to ensure participation, alignment, execution, and synchronization of all supply planning within Eastern network. Plan and execute the monthly and weekly supply planning process, at factory and toll blender level, to ensure management review and management sign off on the supply plan. Oversees planning and synchronization of the raw and pack material according to the defined production plan. Capture all Logistics Network Optimization opportunities for the region, together with Inventories Optimization for the best cost to serve possible.

A. & NATURE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION

Main Responsibilities:

&

    • Developing supply planning organization in Eastern region;
    • Ensuring execution of the monthly supply planning process (full supply network) to ensure a timely execution of the whole S&OP process in an integrated way, including Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Replenishment Plan (MRP) and Replenishment & Distribution Plan (DRP);
    • Managing weekly production plan (MPS) for the PLI factories at SKU level, though supply planning organization;
    • Facilitating factory set-up with managers, direct and indirect purchasing to ensure execution of the agreed production plan;
    • Monitoring and executing improvements on supply planning, operations related KPI’s as direct measurement of the effectiveness of the supply planning process;
    • Setting up and contribute to improve projects which are linked directly to S&OP as well as non S&OP related matters;
    • Developing supply planning and product review best practices and capabilities to support the global S&OP process;
    • Analyzing the opportunities/improvements together with other Supply Chain managers, focused on the best use of resources within the planning and control of the production process;
    • Ensuring compliance with principles and values of the conduct and ethics code of PLI Americas;
    • Implementing improvements according to the area''s needs, aiming to meet PLI''s expectations of productivity, cost reduction and maximizing results rates;
    • Interacting with other Managers, participating in meetings, aiming to elaborate strategic planning according to the Organization''s guidelines;
